In group lessons you typically move on a mat on the floor, sometimes on a chair, sometimes standing. You will be instructed verbally and will move in your individual way according to your abilities.
The movements are done gently, small and slowly. Rather than doing movements repetitively as in an exercise class, you will move always again in new variations. This will enable you to discover and develop a flow of movement which is optimal to you.
A learning process is created
This enables a learning process by way of body awarenes and stimulation of new paths in the brain. Your indivual body awareness allows you to discover your body center and a sense of harmony.
